Edwards Commercial Cleaning is looking for an Operations Cleaning Manager to join their team in the Leeds area.
The role involves managing 34-40 sites.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will support growth and ensure service agreements are delivered to the highest standards.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for cleaning contracts across various sectors including Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Office sites.
This position is suitable for individuals who are skilled in organising, recruiting, training, conducting quality audits, and who have a hands-on approach to assisting the cleaning team when needed.
Core values such as honesty, integrity, fairness, and professionalism are essential.
Skills / Experience
* Experience managing people and health and safety
* Commercial Cleaning experience (1 year preferred)
* Training experience (1 year preferred)
* Auditing experience (1 year preferred)
* Driving Licence (Required)
