Job Description
Do you have a confident manner, excellent attention to detail, and are comfortable with the use of CRM or other IT-based systems?
Our customer support team is looking for an additional Customer Support Coordinator to join us at our Tiverton branch in Devon.
Your Tasks
Our Customer Support Coordinators handle all internal and external customer inquiries regarding parts and components needed for installation and repair of our systems. The role involves taking orders for parts and technical systems via email or phone, so attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensure customer satisfaction. You may deal with orders from third-party businesses using dormakaba products, our external sales team, customer credit inquiries, stock queries, and other product-related matters.
We seek someone who can stay updated with dormakaba's latest innovations and products, demonstrating technical aptitude, curiosity, and interest in our business.
Finally, we need someone committed to providing excellent internal sales support to make us the supplier of choice for every client, regardless of their needs.
Your Skills
* Experience in a fast-paced, office-based customer service environment with excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
* Knowledge of MS Dynamics, AX, SAP, or other online order processing systems.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A desire to learn about our technical product range to provide top-tier support to customers.
