My client in the West Midlands are seeking an experienced Interim Environmental Protection Officer to support the Environmental Health team with domestic complaints work. Key Responsibilities * Manage a caseload of domestic environmental health complaints, including statutory nuisance investigations relating to noise, smoke, odour, and other residential issues. * Conduct site visits, investigations, and evidence gathering in line with relevant legislation and council procedures. * Prepare clear, robust written correspondence, case notes, and formal notices where required. * Liaise professionally with residents, landlords, housing providers, and internal departments. * Provide timely case progression and resolutions, ensuring good customer service throughout.
