Role: Customer Care Agent Salary: £28,000 ( Commission) Location: Dagenham, East London Office: On-site (Hybrid after 3 month probation) Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday CCP are looking for an experienced Customer Care Agent / Customer Sales Advisor to wow customers, consistently delivering outstanding levels of customer service via email, telephone, and live chat, working for our fantastic client based in East London. Must Have: Previous customer service/sales experience working in an office environment or contact centre operation. Ideal Experience: Previous experience working in a contact centre customer service and/or sales position, working for a customer centric brand. Experience working with the “Gorgias” and/or “Shopify” platforms would be massively beneficial. In Addition: It would be hugely advantageous if candidates have a keen interest in fashion and/or fashion brands. Sales Component: After training, this role will evolve to include a mix of inbound customer service activity and outbound calls to warm customer leads, specifically "abandoned basket" follow-ups. As such, candidates will need some prior sales experience or a willingness to make sales calls as part of their role. There will be a commission incentive for these sales calls.
