They help tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12-month business academies, seminar sessions, and retreats. Due to continued expansion, theyre now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to sustain growth of the business from £20 million to £100 million over the next few years.
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving daily, measurable lead generation and revenue growth across all channels. This is a hands-on, data-led marketing role responsible for launching and optimising campaigns, managing pipelines and automations, and working proactively with the sales team to deliver ambitious growth targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan, launch, and optimise daily outbound campaigns (SMS, email, retargeting) to fill the sales pipeline.
Develop and manage marketing sequences and automations to nurture and convert leads.
Identify opportunities to generate inbound leads through organic and paid channels.
* CRM Management & Conversion Optimisation
Own the CRM: ensure all data, pipelines, and workflows are up to date.
Implement and improve automated follow-ups and workflows to maximise conversion.
Monitor lead flow and proactively flag gaps or underperformance.
* Sales Alignment & Accountability
Collaborate daily with the sales team to track lead progression.
Hold salespeople to account on timely lead follow-up and pipeline hygiene.
Provide reporting on leads, conversions, and ROI.
* Data & Performance Reporting
Track KPIs: campaign response rates, cost per lead, conversion rates, sales velocity.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.
Use insights to iterate and improve marketing and sales processes.
* Content & Messaging
Write and design compelling marketing assets (emails, SMS scripts, landing pages).
Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across campaigns.
* Continuous Optimisation
Test and refine offers, creative, messaging, and funnels.
Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, and compliance best practices.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B company
Skills: Campaign management, CRM mastery, marketing automation, copywriting, conversion optimisation.
