P&L Recruitment are working in partnership with our well-established client based in Paisley to recruit a part-time permanent Payroll Administrator. This role will be to work 25 hours from 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday or can be 3 full days, depending on the candidate's requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll candidate to join a highly successful team with an award winning client. Key Responsibilities: Process a monthly payroll Process SSP, SMP Process new starters and leavers Support with onboarding and offboarding processes Carry out right to work checks and support compliance with employee record-keeping. Calculate accrued holiday entitlement Work collaboratively with HR Deal with payroll queries Support with audit Main requirements: Previous experience is essential Proficient in Excel Be able to work in a high-volume environment to deadlines Extremely driven and hard working Excellent communication skills High levels of accuracy The salary is 28500K pro rata.
