You'll be responsible for maintaining mechanical systems across our buildings and infrastructure, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. Carry out servicing, fault-finding, inspections, testing, and minor installations. Support refurbishment projects and system upgrades. Use CAFM software to manage tasks and update records. Collaborate with other trades and assist with general maintenance duties. Liaise with building users and contractors to coordinate access and support inspections. Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and permits. Mentor apprentices and support team development. Carry out other duties as required by the Maintenance Supervisor. What We're Looking ForEssential: NVQ Level 3, HNC, A-Level or equivalent in a mechanical trade. City & Guilds 3345 - Water Regulations & Unvented Hot Water Systems (or equivalent).
