A great opportunity to join a globally operating and successful logistics / automation company as a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer working at a well-known retailers automated distribution centre close to Rugby (East side).
Looking for multi skilled Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers, ideally with an understanding of PLC’s.
* Salary of c£46,500 + Healthcare + Pension
* 4on 4off Days and Nights (blocks of 4 of each)
Day to day activities of a Maintenance Engineer include:
* Reactive maintenance
* Planned maintenance
* Electro-mechanical engineering
* Controls fault finding
* Problem analysis and continuous improvement
Requirements of Maintenance Engineer:
* Ideally fully apprenticeship trained with Level 3 engineering qualifications
* Good level of electrical and mechanical knowledge from a manufacturing or distribution environment
* Working knowledge of PLC control systems
* Experience of automated materials handling systems would also be an advantage but not essential
* Ok to work at heights when needed (via harnesses and full training etc)
