We are looking for an open minded, person-centred individual who can provide high levels of one-to-one support with all aspects of daily living such as cooking, shopping and budgeting as well as providing emotional support. Key Requirements: Experience of working in supported housing OR willingness to learn Awareness of welfare rights and benefits Willingness to help and encourage individuals to take part in all aspects of the service and to undertake everyday tasks Be able to provide personal and emotional assistance to people in their recovery from mental health problems Possess basic IT and administration skills If you do not have the full skills and experience we would accept a trainee for this role (please indicate this on the application form). A trainee would expect to undertake training and will receive a salary of £23,492.04 per annum. Sleep-in's would be available once successfully confirmed into post as a Support Worker.
