The Role
As a Residential Support Worker (Night Wake), you will support the home in the night-to-night running of the home, on a 4 night and 4 night off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Support young people with their daily routines, and household tasks
* Provide emotional support and act as a positive role model
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals
* Ensure safeguarding and childrens welfare remain at the heart of everything you do
