Business Development Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 - 17:30
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 basic DOE
OA are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager, you will be expected to win new business as well as develop their existing accounts - this role will be field and office based.

Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:
5. Generate sales with new customers through a structured, disciplined and professional approach to achieve performance results
6. To actively identify and seek new business opportunities in various markets
7. Able to use own initiative for cross selling opportunities
8. Develop a strategic and tactical model for business development, identifying new opportunities for solutions to fit potential customers
9. Develop existing accounts to maximise opportunities
10. Visit clients on site
Requirements for Business Development Manager:
11. Packaging experience is beneficial
12. Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
13. Strong and honest work ethic and the drive and motivation to thrive in a demanding sales environment
14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
15. Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email) are essential
