Repairing and replacing damaged or compromised body panels with precision
Conducting chassis and framework repairs adhering to safety standards
Assessing vehicle damage accurately and applying appropriate repair methods
Carrying out bumper and door repairs as required
Ensuring all repairs meet internal quality standards and industry regulations
Working efficiently within a team to maintain smooth operational flow in a modern repair facility
Maintaining accurate documentation of repairs and progressRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater; recent and relevant experience is essential
Formal qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Panel Beating, are desirable but not essential if strong “on the job” experience is demonstrated
Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
