All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions. To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue with correct use of equipment To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen to the standard of EHO requirements Visual hazard check of kitchen Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal communication skills Being friendly yet professional Previous Chef Experience Basic Knowledge of food hygiene Flexible working patterns
