We have an opportunity available for Bank Support Workers - Supported Living to join the team across Millstone Court, LA1 2DH and The Reeds, LA1 5QQ in Lancaster.
Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours: on a bank basis, weekend work and flexible hours.
Responsibilities
* Support adults in a person-centred way to live independently and move towards independent accommodation.
* From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks; days will be varied and require flexible thinking and a positive, friendly approach.
* Provide high-quality care and support aligned with Making Space values.
Qualifications and attributes
* We are not strict about formal qualifications; value your ability to build relationships and demonstrate the right values.
* Patience and a sense of humour are important.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the United Kingdom.
* Successful applicants subject to employment checks, including DBS and references, and safeguarding training.
