Location: Immingham Office
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive salary with up to £6k Commission per annum

What you’ll do:
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
* Identifying opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition
* Building long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach
* Negotiating effectively to increase margins and meet targets
* Working collaboratively within a professional, quality-focused sales team

* Previous experience in sales, telesales, or account management
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* A confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Resilience, tenacity, and the drive to succeed
