This role offers the chance to take ownership of site-wide automation systems and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll ensure the site’s automation systems run smoothly and efficiently with robust recovery procedures in place, train and empower staff to confidently use current and upcoming software technologies, oversee the setup and management of site software and automation equipment, collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize plant performance, drive innovation while improving equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime, provide clear communication on changes while maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, and be part of an on-call team to tackle out-of-hours automation challenges.
