What you’ll be doing: Managing client renewals and providing tailored insurance advice. Negotiating terms with clients and insurers. Cross-selling and up-selling relevant products. Maintaining accurate records using Acturis and Microsoft Office. Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. What I’m looking for: At least 12 months’ experience in motor and/or home insurance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Organised, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
