Are you passionate about your subject and eager to inspire the next generation? Abingdon & Witney College is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hourly Paid Lecturers (HPLs) to join our dynamic teaching team across the following curriculum areas:

* Public Services
* Business & Marketing
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, flexible teaching and learning within your subject area.
* Inspire and support students through engaging, real-world learning experiences.
* Contribute to the planning and development of curriculum and lesson materials.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
* Engage in relevant CPD and maintain industry and subject knowledge.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the student experience.
Essential Experience
* Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
* Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the curriculum areas.
* Relevant qualifications or professional background in your area of expertise.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
* Ability to work flexibly across sites and time schedules.
Desirable Experience
* Teaching experience within further education or a related setting.
* Industry links or practical experience relevant to the subject area.
* Experience working with diverse learner groups.
* Experience of planning and delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
* Sports Academy or Sports Therapy experience (for Sport and Football).
