Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will help shape how we engage with key stakeholders and support major projects that make a real difference. You’ll develop engagement plans, lead feedback sessions, track progress against milestones, and help make sure there is clear, consistent stakeholder messaging across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of stakeholder engagement activities by supporting the implementation of engagement plans and coordinating communications across teams.
* Contribute to stakeholder mapping efforts and help maintain relationships that advance the Money and Pensions priorities.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure consistent and high‑quality external communications.
* Assist in the creation of stakeholder messaging which aligns with our organisational objectives.
* Provide communications support for specific programmes aligned with the Corporate Strategy, and UK Strategy for Financial Wellbeing.
* Support the planning and delivery of stakeholder events, including logistics and communications coordination.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in developing and delivering successful corporate engagement plans.
* Experience in understanding corporate narrative and messaging and adapting them for external communications.
* Expertise in supporting multiple projects or programmes through delivering integrated communication across a range of channels.
* Familiarity with audience segmentation and tailoring messages.
* Experience assisting with events, campaigns, or communications projects, including coordination and logistics.
* Good understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and building relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks, and ability to support projects across teams.
