The role:
To generate property sales, provide exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors, and support the branch in achieving sales targets. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for arranging viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales, and building strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
1. Register and qualify prospective buyers.
2. Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings.
3. Conduct property viewings where required.
4. Generate and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
5. Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
6. Identify and secure valuation opportunities for the branch.
7. Follow up all leads and enquiries promptly and professionally.
Client Relationship Management
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders.
9. Provide regular feedback to vendors regarding viewings and market activity.
10. Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the property transaction.
11. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
Sales Progression
12. Monitor agreed sales through to completion.
13. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and buyers/sellers to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
14. Resolve issues and overcome obstacles that may delay completion.
Administration and Compliance
15. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
16. Adhere to industry regulations and compliance requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.
17. Keep property details and marketing information up to date.

23. Have good organisational and communication skills
24. Be a vehicle owner with a full driving licence (insured for business use)
25. Be prepared to work a weekend rota consisting of one in two Saturdays per month
26. Have the legal right to work in the UK
