About the Role
We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our digital sales growth across multiple sectors. The role involves direct sales of digital solutions, mentoring a sales team, and developing scalable sales strategies to maximize market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Promote and sell MVP digital solutions using customer insights and value-led approaches.
2. Develop strategies to convert freemium users to paying customers through solution-based sales tactics.
3. Manage pipeline development by guiding the team in lead tracking, qualification, and nurturing (70% warm leads).
4. Collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams for onboarding, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
5. Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to monitor performance and refine sales strategies.
6. Drive sales strategy independently, achieving growth targets, mentoring a core team of 3, and influencing broader sales efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Extensive sales leadership experience in SaaS, with familiarity in freemium models and user conversion strategies.
2. Background in Pharma, Food, or Mining sectors is highly desirable.
3. Proven full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to post-sale relationship management.
4. Strong market analysis, customer research skills, and value-based solution delivery.
5. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
6. Data-driven, resilient, adaptable, with a start-up mentality and strategic mindset.
