Working hours are: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Salary £25,908.75 per annum
Primary Responsibilities:
· Planning and scheduling utility Warrant executions with Warrant Officers.
· Coordinating updates with the Warrant Officers and our Clients.
· Communication on behalf of Company ‐ Prepare and/or edit internal and external documents such as spreadsheets for a variety of tasks and mass emails.
· Co‐ordinate the Warrant accounts and travel arrangements.
· Organize reports and status reports.
General Duties:
· Responsible for assisting Warrants Manager, Field Support Team and Agents in administration tasks, planning and scheduling, communications, and client relations.
· Planning tasks include allocating warrant accounts to agents, arranging for third parties such as meter operators, locksmiths and dog handlers including managing Agents in relation to plan completion performance on a daily basis, maintaining and monitoring warrant accounts to completion.
· Primary function is supporting the day to day administration and planning of warrant accounts to ensure all resources are sourced and booked to allow for as many warrants to be successfully completed within agreed service level agreements.
· We have working hours of 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00 available.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in utility warrant planning preferred but not essential, including knowledge of meter operators, locksmith and dog handler supplier knowledge.
· Strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
· Extremely detail oriented / ability to recall information quickly, and ability to effectively prioritize workflow
· Capable of multi-tasking.
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
· Must be able to work on their own but seek guidance when needed.
· Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive.
· High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
· Candidate must be friendly, personable & able to build harmonious working relationships with Clients, co‐workers & the general public.
· To be successful in this position, the candidate must be results oriented, highly organised, be respectful of confidential information, have the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workflow, skilled at conflict resolution, and be self‐motivated.
