On offer is the chance to be the technical leader within a product-focused engineering team, where you will drive new product development, oversee design projects and lead teams across R&D, design and manufacturing. The company were established over 70 years ago and in that time have built a very strong reputation across the board. They are now looking for an experienced Design Engineering Team Leader to support their ongoing new product development and innovation strategy. The Role: Lead teams across R&D, product design and manufacturing Take ownership of full product lifecycle Deliver projects to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards The Person: Proven experience in full product design lifecycle People management experience CAD experience (ideally SolidWorks)
