Global Process Owner (Commercial)
Manchester - 3 days onsite weekly in South Manchester / Cheshire
£90,000 - £105,000 + package
A PE-backed services business undergoing significant transformation is hiring a Global Process Owner (Commercial) to take ownership of commercial processes, customer acquisition journeys, onboarding and customer lifecycle transformation across a rapidly evolving organisation.
This role is for somebody who enjoys solving messy problems, simplifying complexity and taking genuine ownership of how commercial processes operate across a business.
You will work horizontally across multiple functions without direct authority, partnering with senior stakeholders across sales, customer teams, technology and operations to redesign processes, remove friction and improve commercial performance.
This is not a traditional project management role.
It is not a PMO role.
*It is not a pure process mapping exercise.
The focus is ownership, accountability and delivering meaningful operational change.
What youll be doing:
• Owning and improving end-to-end commercial processes across customer acquisition, onboarding and customer lifecycle journeys
• Identifying operational friction points and redesigning workflows to improve efficiency, customer experience and commercial performance
• Working across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Technology teams to create scalable commercial processes
• Building governance, KPIs and performance measures across commercial processes and customer journeys
• Driving process improvements through automation, technology and AI-enabled workflows
• Embedding new ways of working and creating long-term ownership across cross-functional teams

Experience Im looking for:
• Experience owning commercial processes end-to-end
• CRM-driven environments (Salesforce beneficial)
• Revenue operations, onboarding, customer lifecycle or commercial process ownership experience
• Comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Commercial KPI ownership and data-driven decision making
• Experience operating within fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience improving processes through automation, technology or AI-enabled workflows
Hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite in South Manchester.
