Our Capital Project Services (CPS) team delivers capital projects across sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Government & Healthcare, Energy, Utilities and Resources. We support clients in securing optimum value and navigating challenging, complex situations.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Specific Responsibilities
* Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Directors and above;
* Train and lead staff;
* Establish effective working relationships directly with clients;
* Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen;
* Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;
* Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients;
* Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
This Role Is For You If
* You are a confident communicator and are able to deliver compelling messages with impact in a passionate and credible manner to influence a wide variety of audiences;
* Are an exceptional leader and have a strong desire to coach others within their team;
* Have exceptional technical aptitude and analytical skills, and are able to translate complex issues to support the creation and delivery of clear and understandable client solutions;
* Are passionate about delivery of capital projects and have a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levels;
* Have a strong academic and industry background and currently hold a senior position in their organisation;
* Open to travel, both nationally and internationally.
