Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Working collaboratively with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
* Providing 1:1 or small-group support to pupils
* Assisting in behaviour management and classroom organisation
* Supporting children with additional needs, where required
* Helping create a safe, inspiring and inclusive classroom
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting
* Understanding of classroom expectations and safeguarding practices
* Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Desirable:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting SEND pupils
* Additional training (e.g. First Aid, Autism Awareness, Team Teach)
