Production Operative – Chichester – Temp cover
Pay: £12.74ph days and £13.95ph nights
Day and night shifts available, 12-hour shifts
Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands‑on Production Operatives to support a fast‑paced food production team during peak periods. Our client is a leading fresh‑produce manufacturer supplying major supermarkets across the UK.
What you will be doing
1. Working on a production line preparing, assembling, and packing fresh food products
2. Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
3. Operating basic machinery (full training provided)
4. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
5. Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
What we are looking for
6. Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
7. Comfortable working in a chilled environment (fresh produce factory)
8. Good attention to detail
9. Ability to work as part of a team
10. No previous experience required — full training provided
