We are in an exciting stage of growth and we are looking for a Creative Lead to shape and elevate our brand across every channel. In this role, you'll set the creative vision, ensure high standards of execution, and inspire a talented team to deliver work that is both beautifully crafted and commercially effective.
You'll play a central part in building Valentte's creative identity, balancing storytelling rooted in luxury, with the demands of a fast-paced ecommerce business. From leading seasonal campaigns to guiding packaging design, you will ensure every asset resonates with customers and drives measurable impact.
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years' experience in creative leadership, ideally with consumer/lifestyle/beauty brands.
* Strong management experience — able to mentor and lead, while guiding strategy.
* Excellent creative skill — confident briefing and reviewing creative tasks from campaign assets to email and web design, print, packaging and video.
* Proven experience managing end to end projects, campaigns and overall brand vision alignment.
* Confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the hunger to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Leadership & Team Management
2. Lead, mentor and inspire the creative team, building a culture of collaboration where team members feel motivated, supported, and clear on priorities.
3. Oversee project allocation, priorities, and workflows to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality output.
4. Champion the creative function across Valentte, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
5. Build and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies as required, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
6. Creative Strategy & Execution
7. Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns for key moments (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Black Friday).
8. Ensure all creative work embodies Valentte's values and meets exceptional standards.
9. Protect brand consistency across every channel: website, ecommerce, email, social, paid media, packaging, and retail.
10. Monitor trends in design, ecommerce, and lifestyle, introducing new ideas to keep Valentte ahead of the curve.
11. Asset & Content Production
12. Lead the creative direction for photoshoots, video, lifestyle imagery, and motion graphics.
13. Lead packaging, label, and gift set design, collaborating with operations to deliver on time and to standard.
14. Step in to create or adapt assets when needed to meet deadlines or KPIs.
15. Maintain a well-organised, accessible library of creative assets.
16. Process & Collaboration
17. Implement and improve creative processes that enhance clarity, efficiency, and cross-team communication.
18. Manage and refine creative briefs, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with business goals.
19. Work closely with marketing, product, UX, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
20. Adapt quickly in a high-growth ecommerce environment, managing multiple priorities with focus and organisation.
