Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting families? We are looking for a proactive and skilled Team Coordinator to join our Family Time Service. This is a pivotal role that supports the smooth running of the service, ensuring accurate record-keeping, informed decision-making, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all record-keeping.
2. Analyse and interpret complex data to provide clear, informed advice to decision-makers.
3. Demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service, communicating effectively with colleagues and service users at all levels.
5. Explain technical and procedural information in plain, accessible language.
6. Manage time effectively, prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines.
7. Apply strong problem-solving skills to support service delivery.
8. Use ICT systems confidently, with proficient keyboard skills.
9. Understand and apply financial processes relevant to the role.
10. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
11. Handle confidential information responsibly, in line with Data Protection regulations.
12. Maintain awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures, particularly in relation to children.
