Team/Role Overview
The Operational Resilience Senior Analyst will support the Enterprise Resilience team in ensuring the delivery of the Operations and Technology aspects of the Operational Resilience programme and maintain oversight of this area.
The role requires applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques, and improving processes and workflows.
What you’ll do
* Support regulation planning and integration within the global Enterprise Resilience function, contributing to a global framework and supporting implementation teams.
* Develop documents to support local jurisdictional operational resilience governance requirements.
* Follow industry trends and potential disrupters affecting operational resilience.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for business and management meetings.
* Create clear written presentations and communications on complex issues.
* Document findings and recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
* Analyze data and develop solutions or alternative approaches.
* Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and managing control issues transparently.
* Manage own workload effectively, paying attention to detail and process flows, and providing feedback for improvements.
What we’ll need from you
* Experience in Third Party oversight, risk, and relationship management.
* Report writing skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure.
* Experience with technology project management, data modeling, and workflow mapping.
* Experience working with audit/regulatory groups preferred.
* Strong project management, data analysis, and reporting skills, with familiarity with supporting technologies.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
