Benefits include: • Weekly pay • No Friday or weekend working • On-site canteen facility • Long-term opportunities Day-to-Day Duties As a CNC Setter, your duties will include (but not be limited to): • Setting up and running machines to ensure optimum efficiency • Identifying and resolving faults during set-up in line with order requirements • Completing paperwork and inputting data accurately into the system • Performing routine maintenance to ensure product quality and conformity • Carrying out regular quality inspections and correcting any issues immediately • Ensuring adequate stock of raw materials to maintain productivity • Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements Essential Skills To be successful as a CNC Setter, you will need: • Previous CNC milling or turning experience • Ability to set machines, not just operate them • Proficiency in using hand tools • Strong communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Experience in a manufacturing environment Training Full on-site training will be provided, with continued development opportunities.
