The Role
You’ll play a key role in our busy conveyancing department, handling residential property transactions from start to finish, including:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title
* Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and solicitors
* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
* Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has solid experience working as a conveyancing paralegal
* Is confident handling files with minimal supervision
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Takes pride in delivering a great client experience
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team
