Key Responsibilities:
Support children with a range of SEND needs, including non-verbal communication and personal care
Work with pupils who require assistance with their daily activities and some with PMLD needs
Provide compassionate, person-centred care while managing challenging behaviours
Assist in the delivery of individualised support plans
Create a safe and positive environment where pupils feel encouraged and supported
What We're Looking For:

L3 or L2 qualification in Health and Social Care
