Responsibilities
* Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
* Collaborate with the team and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to achieve store goals.
* Take ownership of learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
Qualifications
* 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
* Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
* Effective customer service and sales skills.
* Team player, resilient, eager to learn, and curious.
* Good communication skills in English.
