The Role This role goes beyond teaching techniques - it's about developing confidence, imagination, and creative thinking. In this role, you will: Deliver engaging and structured Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Teach a variety of disciplines such as drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and design Encourage students to experiment, take creative risks, and develop their own artistic style Create a positive and inclusive studio environment where all abilities can thrive Assess, monitor, and support student progress through constructive feedback Contribute to displays, exhibitions, and extracurricular creative opportunities What We're Looking For We're looking for an Art Teacher who can inspire enthusiasm and creativity in every learner. You will ideally: Hold QTS, PGCE, ECT status, or equivalent (unqualified teachers with relevant experience considered) Have recent experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting Be confident delivering both practical and theory-based lessons Have strong classroom management skills Be creative, organised, and passionate about Art education Be available to start in September Why This Role?
