As an Operations Planner, you will play a vital role in coordinating site visits and operational activities. You’ll work closely with Field Operations and Client Services teams, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
* Plan and schedule site visits in collaboration with Operations and Client Services
* Prioritise and allocate urgent jobs to meet deadlines
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
* Manage diaries, workloads, and travel for Advisors and Surveyors
* Maintain clear communication across the operations team
* Deliver projects and tasks to a high standard and on time
* Meet performance targets and deadlines
* Provide flexible support across the team as needed
About you:
* Experience managing a nationwide fleet of vehicles and field based operatives
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* An analytical mindset.
* Experience in Health & safety industry (desirable)
