* Identify and assess PBSA or retail/commercial opportunities across the UK
* Build relationships with agents, landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Conduct land appraisals and support feasibility alongside planning and technical teams
* Lead on negotiations, offer structuring, contracts, and legal completion
* Oversee the acquisition process from identification through to purchase
📋 Requirements
1. Land acquisition experience in PBSA, retail, or commercial development
