Job Summary
Drain Doctor North West are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team providing drainage and plumbing assistance to the North West of England.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyse customer inquiries, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
Duties include the following:
* Answering both domestic and account orders via phone and email
• Dealing with customer & technician queries
• Capturing and recording data
• Responsibility of key tasks within the office – reporting your findings back to management.
• Dispatching technicians and managing workload / diary.
Desirable Attributes:
* 1 year Customer Services experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft word / SAGE Accounting / Tracking Systems / Customer Portals.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks.
