Finance Analyst - IFRS 6 month contract Reading (Hybrid) We're looking for a flexible and proactive Finance Analyst to join a small, high-impact team working across financial reporting, commercial analysis, and transaction support. This is a hands-on role with broad scope, offering exposure to strategic initiatives including M&A activity and commercial contract delivery. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst - IFRS are: Support production of financial data and analysis for ongoing M&A projects Take ownership of contractual deliverables, interpreting and applying commercial agreements Partner with the Finance Manager across financial and management reporting Lead responses for audit queries and agreed-upon procedures (AUP) Assist in commercial engagements with internal teams and external suppliers The successful Finance Analyst - IFRS, will have: Newly or fully qualified accountant Strong Technical accounting / advisory skills and up to date knowledge and reporting on IFRS and FRS 101, UK GAAP.
