About the Role As a Lecturer with DurhamLearn, you’ll be delivering engaging and innovative teaching sessions that meet the needs of individual learners. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences that are rated as good or outstanding, using creative approaches to inspire and support adult learners. You’ll work across a variety of settings—including classrooms, workshops, employer premises, and community venues—and may be required to travel between locations. Your working hours will include daytime and evening sessions, with occasional weekend work. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering inclusive and inspiring teaching tailored to adult learners Using creative and innovative methods to support learner progress Planning and preparing sessions that meet curriculum and learner needs Supporting learners with their individual goals and challenges Working independently before and after sessions, including setting up and packing away resources Handling equipment and materials, which may involve lifting and manual handling Interested?
