Automotive Service Advisor Required for Car Dealership in Guildford, Surrey
1. Salary: £32,000 Basic + £40,000 Realistic OTE
2. Location: Guildford, Surrey
3. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm; Saturday mornings on a rota
Our client, a well-established car dealership in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
4. Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where applicable.
6. Agree on work to be carried out with customers, ensuring clear communication.
7. Maintain service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
8. Manage loan vehicle administration and handover.
9. Explain completed work to customers, ensuring full understanding and authorisation.
10. Adhere to manufacturer service requirements and maintain accurate systems.
11. Follow safe working practices and company standards.
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
13. Strong customer service skills and good mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
14. Full UK driving licence.
15. Smart appearance, with competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
16. Understanding of basic vehicle design, function, and parts location.
17. Experience with Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, or Seat brands is a plus.
18. Pinnacle experience is ideal but not essential.
