We have an exciting opportunity here in the Direct to Customer Communications Team for a Coupon and Multi Steps Rewards Operations Executive to join a successful team! You'll be working alongside our team in India to ensure all coupons and multi-step rewards across in-store and online systems are set up with the highest level of accuracy delivering a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing critical paths across all campaigns which includes liaising with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are meet so campaigns can be delivered to customers on time! You will also look after any risks or issues that arise and play a key role in troubleshooting and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve in a timely manner. This role includes building strong connections with our Store Operations team, Fraud and Finance to ensure the smooth end of end running of coupons. Responsible for receiving and checking offer nominations to ensure all coupons and offers are legal and adhere to the coupon guidelines. Accurately setting up single step and multi-step reward offers and Tesco customer focused coupons across in store and online systems. Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed. Supporting the continuous improvement of execution and reconciliation processes for setting up coupons and offers. Maintaining all single step and multi-step reward offer systems and keeping up to date with issuer codes/barcode recycling etc. Providing advice to customers service on single step and multi-step reward offers. Act as first point of call in the UK for the relevant Tesco offshore team who are responsible for setting up coupons and support any queries they may have. Ensure all SLAs are adhered to. Working closely with campaign managers and stakeholders to advise on the best Clubcard single step and multi-step reward offers execution for their campaign as well as relevant creative and term and conditions. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot Clubcard single step and multi-step reward offer issues, ensuring they are dealt with in an efficient manner Growing and enhance Tesco and product knowledge within Tesco offshore team. Experience in being able to independently handling workload in a fast pace environment. Previous experience working with multiple partners and stakeholders. Operational Skills Project management experience. Ability to lead detailed processes and systems. Experience with high level problem solving. Previous customer management experience. Previous campaign management and digital marketing awareness experience.
