Due to increasing demand for HubSpot CRM implementation and support services from our expanding B2B client base, we are looking for a HubSpot CRM Consultant to join our CRM team.
OVERVIEW
As a HubSpot CRM Consultant, you will play a vital role in our Technology Services team. You will work closely with other members of the CRM implementation team to understand clients' business needs and processes, and then to develop expertise in HubSpot CRM to help design and implement solutions that meet clients' objectives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development in the CRM space. With the guidance and mentorship of our experienced consultants, we will train you in the tools and techniques you need to become a CRM Consultant in a fast growing, successful Diamond HubSpot partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with clients to gather, document and analyse requirements for CRM implementation
* Configure and customise HubSpot CRM to meet clients' specific business needs
* Assist in preparing data for migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless transition to the new CRM system
* Support with the development and delivery of training programmes to ensure effective utilisation of the CRM platform
* Collaborate with senior consultants to troubleshoot issues and optimise CRM performance
* Stay updated with HubSpot product development and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or equivalent practical experience.
* Understanding of CRM concepts and principles - perhaps you have used a CRM in past job experience
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM including data model, configuration, workflows & automation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience of working with data
* Excellent computer skills, including expert-level MS-Excel, and possibly including basic coding and/or integration experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Strong desire to help
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
THE PACKAGE
We are offering a competitive starting salary package, depending upon experience and track record to date. The position to be based in our office in Manchester, with a requirement to work at the office at least 2 days a week.
You will be provided with full training in the HubSpot Growth suite to certification level, as well additional tools needed to fulfil your role. You will also receive on-the-job training by working with experienced CRM consultants on advanced CRM implementation projects.
