Your Duties:
1. Producing products and carrying out activities such as cutting, chopping, washing, mixing ingredients, labelling, and picking according to daily production plans while maintaining high quality and productivity levels.
2. Liaising with other High Care/Low Care team members to ensure production processes meet customer demands.
3. Providing support in resolving production issues related to quality, shortages, or damages.
4. Ensuring production and dispatch are free from bottlenecks and that customer orders are dispatched on time.
5. Keeping all production paperwork updated and accurately completed.
6. Liaising with departments to ensure customer order requirements are fulfilled.
7. Maintaining daily and weekly records of work for approval and timely submission to generate invoices.
8. Attending meetings as required and providing necessary information.
9. Assisting in cleaning activities when needed.
10. Following good manufacturing practices as a food handler to maintain high hygiene standards.
11. Ensuring proper storage, rotation, and identification of all food and non-food items.
12. Participating in routine cleaning and housekeeping activities.
13. Adhering to all company and safety rules to organizational standards.
14. Reporting unsafe equipment and hazards to management.
15. Keeping fire exits and stairs clear, locking doors, and turning off lights before leaving.
16. Promoting a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
