Responsibilities
* Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met
* Observing children and managing their learning and development records
* To be a key person, complete observations and reports where required
* To build positive relationships with parents and Ofsted
* Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety
* Attending staff meetings and training as required
* Must be a strong team player and leader
What we are looking for
* Must be Level 3 or above
* Strong Leader
* Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities
* Have strong verbal and writing communication skills
* Paediatric first aid if qualified
* Must be a level 3 or above with English GCSE
