*Angmering Manor Hotel*
Angmering Manor is a well-established country house hotel and restaurant, known for its quality food, weddings, and events. We are looking to recruit a full-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
*The Role*
As Chef de Partie, you will:
* Run your own section confidently during service
* Assist with preparation for à la carte, events, and functions
* Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Work to established recipes, specifications, and allergen controls
* Support junior team members where required
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
*What We’re Looking For*
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
* A good understanding of fresh food preparation and cake preparation
* Ability to work calmly under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* A positive, reliable attitude and good timekeeping
* Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: £12.50-£13.18 per hour
