Administrator / Receptionist – Bumper Rescue (Middlewich)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Bumper Rescue is a fast-growing S.M.A.R.T Repair Bodyshop, and we're looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.
This role is the first point of contact for our customers, so we need someone with excellent communication skills who can provide a warm welcome while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers and visitors with a friendly, professional approach, Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments, Assisting with repair quotes, administration, and processing payments, Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs, Supporting our mobile repair team and ensuring workflow runs efficiently, Maintaining records, repair orders, invoices, Performing general admin tasks (data entry, filing, office supplies management) Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming. What we're looking for.
Strong communication and customer service skills. Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment. Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office and Apple systems
A professional, friendly and proactive approach. Previous admin/reception experience is a bonus, but not essential – we provide training.

Competitive salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE )20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays,
