We’re looking for a commercially astute, data-driven Senior Revenue Manager to lead our pricing and revenue strategy across our unique accommodation – from classic caravans to luxury lodges with hot tubs. You’ll play a key role in driving smart pricing decisions, maximising revenue and collaborating with teams to ensure memorable guest experiences. What you’ll be doing:
* Setting the Strategy: Lead the revenue management strategy across our portfolio, making sure we hit the sweet spot between happy guests and healthy returns.
* Dynamic Pricing: Use data and tools to flex our pricing in real time, based on seasonality, demand, location, and guest behaviour – keeping us competitive and commercially smart.
* Forecasting & Insights: Work with our data teams to build accurate forecasts and performance reports that help us plan better and act faster.
* Optimising Inventory: Balance where and how we sell – from direct bookings to third-party channels – to drive occupancy and margin.
* Working Together: Partner with teams across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tech to support campaigns, set promotional pricing, and share insights that help everyone win.
* Tech & Tools: Make sure our revenue management system is fit for purpose and evolving with our needs.
* Leading the Team: Manage and grow a brilliant revenue team, creating a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
* Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial analytics – ideally in holiday parks, hospitality or travel.
* A strong grasp of pricing strategy, forecasting, and channel management – bonus points if you’ve worked with dynamic pricing tools.
* Analytical mindset – you love data and are skilled at turning numbers into action.
* Advance user of Excel and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* A natural communicator who can influence stakeholders and work well across departments.
* Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve how we do things.
It’s a Bonus If You Have…

* Worked with both owned and tourer/static unit models.
