Responsibilities
Executing core administrative and operational tasks accurately and efficiently
Managing client and provider fee data to maintain data integrity and mitigate operational risk
Processing and updating client fee static data in core systems to accurately reflect agreed-upon client terms.
Preparing fee calculations and raising accurate client invoices for all fees due.
Maintaining comprehensive provider invoice data, including liaising with external Providers to obtain necessary information or valuations.
Preparing fee calculations and raising provider invoices for fees due from the organisation.

Technical & Sector Knowledge
Full Microsoft 365 Proficiency is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong IT Proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to core processing systems (training provided on Avaloq).
