Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team in Mansfield Woodhouse. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to our mission of providing exceptional homes.
Responsibilities
* Manage sales documentation and maintain accurate records.
* Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
* Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communications.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.
Qualifications * Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Customer service-oriented mindset.
* Basic knowledge of Sage is a plus.
